Making better use of your time

A recent HP survey suggested that your average business’ IT team spends an astonishing 70 per cent of its time and budget on repetitive tasks simply to keep their IT systems running. This leaves only 30 per cent of their time developing improved business systems. In my book, that means IT staff are currently wasting 70 per cent of their time.
