This shut down affects all users that signed up before 28, May 2013. You can sign up to the new platform and take advantage of better pricing.
Why has this platform been shutdown?
Our new Ninefold platform has been live for just over 14 months now, in this time both existing and new customers have been taking advantage of the competitive pricing and increased performance that our new platform has to offer. The support team has also been working very hard to contact each customer via phone and email to help transition them over to the new platform.
The challenge we faced was maintaining two large and complex cloud environments, whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and stability. As a result the Original Ninefold platform was turned off on the 1st of August 2014.
Can I restart my server and retrieve data?
As part of the shutdown of the original platform, our operations team shutdown all virtual resources including servers, cloud storage, storage volumes, ISOs & snapshots. We are unable to restart servers nor retrieve data now that the platform has been shut down.
